Vice President of Sales, Parqa Marketing
Kelli Schutrop is the Vice President of Sales at Parqa and has more than a decade of marketing experience including marcom, PR, branding, and digital – focused specifically on the staffing industry. She spent years leading marketing in-house at staffing + recruiting firms and has consulted hundreds of owners across the country on how to utilize strategic digital marketing to drive results for their businesses. Kelli thrives off small business growth, and previously in her career she managed marketing for an executive search and consulting firm which received 50% of its revenue through inbound marketing strategies.
VP, Insight Global
Emma serves as the Vice President of Sales over Technology and leads a $600 million portfolio across the East Coast. Emma has held several key positions during her tenure with the company. In her most recent role before her Vice Presidency, she led one of the largest and most profitable divisions for the company year over year as Regional Manager. Her performance helped lead to positive growth in 2020, and one of the best growth years in the company’s history in 2021. She believes that at the core, employee happiness is derived from being honest in letting each person know where they stand and was the creator of the company’s 5th shared value, Always Know Where You Stand. Those shared values have set in motion a culture transformation in 2018 and are fundamental to the management methodologies ingrained in the culture today. Emma has been integral in helping elevate women in the workplace as the founder of Insight Global’s Women’s Leadership Council in 2018. In addition, she has been a champion for advancements to the company’s parental leave program and ideating and sponsoring a full-time parental leave support staff team. Emma also loves being a mom and lives in Arlington, VA, with her husband and two sons.

Brindy is an enterprising Seattleite who is a leader, a purpose-led influencer and believes you will only succeed if you help others succeed. Her work has been centered around weaving your humanity into your expertise. Over the last 15 years in staffing, she has built teams by developing potential in people and setting strategies for business development and customer obsession. She has led record-breaking sales teams and has built relationships with the world’s leading tech and tech-enabled giants. At IG, Brindy has been a trailblazer for women as one of the first few women to advance into Director, Regional, and Executive Leadership roles. She is one of the creators of the Women’s Leadership Council, a member of the ESG Executive Committee, a founding member of IG Family Foundation, a charitable organization funded by employees for employees, and was one of the first recipients of the Titan Award in 2019. Brindy was recognized on SIAs Global Power 150 – Women In Staffing 2021 list for her contributions in uplifting historically excluded groups and advancing women in the workforce. Brindy’s passion for people has positioned her to become an executive responsible for the consultant experience; to continue to transform and improve how we ensure all employees are seen, heard, and valued. Brindy lives in Atlanta, GA with her 3-year-old son, Grayson, and her husband, BJ.
Head of Marketing for Pride Global
Since she joined the Pride Global family as head of marketing, Kaltrina Riley has spearheaded the development of an international team capable of reimagining and redeveloping the entire company brand—and crafting a marketing strategy that can foster sustainable growth. In addition to heading up the marketing department, Kaltrina has been a strong advocate for Pride Global’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative. In addition to her team’s work on the Decidedly Diverse DEI portal, she has also represented the company on its Supplier Diversity Council, working to improve opportunities for minority- and women-owned businesses. Kaltrina brings that same energy to internal efforts at Pride Global, including sitting on the steering committee of Lioness, Pride’s women’s equity initiative, and employee resource group.

As vice president, Jenny Davis uses her more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and communications to provide her clients with the highest level of service. In this leadership role, she is responsible for the firms’ growth and development, with a special focus on enterprise relationships in the areas of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment.
Jenny joined the Pride Global network of companies in 2014 as a director in the National Recruitment Center for Russell Tobin. She added increasing responsibilities across divisions before rising to vice president in 2021. Jenny is a founding member of both Lioness, Pride Global’s Women’s Equity Initiative, and the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee.
Prior to signing on with Pride Global, Jenny held leadership roles with Kelly Mitchell Group and the Minnesota High Tech Association. She also sits on the board for the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association, co-leading both the Membership and Events committees.
Jenny is designated as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) by Staffing Industry Analysts and holds bachelor’s degrees in strategic communications and Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
