She spent years leading marketing in-house at staffing + recruiting firms and has consulted hundreds of owners across the country on how to utilize strategic digital marketing to drive results for their businesses. Kelli thrives off small business growth, and previously in her career she managed marketing for an executive search and consulting firm which received 50% of its revenue through inbound marketing strategies.

In 1988, Andrea Pion joined The Davis Companies, a Marlborough-based staffing firm and one of Massachusetts’ largest privately-owned companies. Since then, Pion has started and managed the firm’s Contract Administrative Placement division, expanded its partner network list nationwide, and streamlined the company’s New England operations. Today, as VP of National Client Programs, she oversees all strategic marketing efforts including public relations, event management, and corporate nationwide branding.
